decrease the time to make player point to 300 or 350 hours and friend invited 150 or 200

There is not requirements for who invite player. only invited player need to complete 250 hrs and 90 lvl.

For example: A invited his friend B
So, A can apply for reward only after B completed 90 lvl and 250 hrs for play.

I understand, I wonder if you have to decrease

Current - 500 hours = 12wpoints

so that and much, would condition decrease?
