About new Trial Moderators

i want say something and np if admin hate me for that,
I see here many players want be mod only for title and yellow name, they didnt help new players for cave (AC/WC last, AC/DC bosses, WV rep) only sit ass in stone and making bla bla bla events (1+1=, 2+2=) ecc... and are not friendly

Admin past gone need look future, is very good if old players will back from work,study,boring ecc but u have new and good players in server...

Hahahah 20mata have 10000hours on this game ..he is old friend of admins...for that he is new trial mod ..gm or admin or owner dont care about he stay afk and dont help to anyone ..and on events give 3boxes to missegura ..if he is good mod why no help?????

yea  they dont deserve to be trial mod even... and General is exdroid,adm you can check easy but first see this picture,The story when someone with char Exdroid scamed Ace:
"my char was being used by few players"

Ace was my guild,and man who pillot Exdroid in those days expelled all my guild members!

Exdroid i dont have nothing with you my friend, trust me. But i cant close my mouth when new players spawing for 5 min world chat to make one team for ac/wc last and you chatting with yours chars (like 5-6) in world chat. Mod is more than one title... Im just say what one think , im sure u can be good mod one day

no one have problem whit him ... but he cant be MOD #2 he want to be master mod to boost his chars ... ExDrOiD when you MOD you need help to newbies and if you can make more event ... its not hard ... farm 10-15 SBMB's and make more events this is not hard before 1 year when i ... Epsilon and Plamak we were MODS we make stall event whit insertion Items for 4 years TOW ... im sure you never give your items for stall #2

if you think i lie ask Epsilon about that ; ) he back in 2-3days = )

It seems impossible that you may know every action taken by every member of staff. I do not see how you can judge who helps who, if you do not ask for help then surely you will not get any...

About caves,, staff members are not forced to help newbies in caves, if they choose to do so its because they made a personal choice to help, because it is not REQUIRED.

If everyone is UNHAPPY about current staff members then why has NONE applied that may fit better?.... It is easy to judge others but if you can do no better yourself, perhaps you are NOT entitled to be judging in the first place. I am willing to accept any new staff members if they CAN do better, be the perfect one to suit ALL your personal opinions..

So please let me know your opinions and plans... Can you prove that Exdriod did any wrong doings?... Can you prove he is not fit for MOD?,,,.. Instead of complaining about current choices for MOD why not tell us who fits better?..

I am not sure what makes you think I promote only my personal friends...

From all current staff members I had no past experience/friendship with prior to their promotion, but this is only my word.. If you know/have Proof that your claim is valid please show this?.. I do not know how making such false claims may benefit you, the server or anybody else..

The reason I even bother to seek out new staff members is because I do care about the server, I receive no payment, I receive no thanks, I receive nothing but your angry comments, distrust, lies for my actions to keep this server alive.. I do not have time in my life to spend several hours daily maintaining this server just because it may benefit you, once I had and it should be noticed by older members...

when i were a mod i farm beads and make 4-5events every day ... help in cave ... now i dont want to be Mod but please ... this guys (mata / exdroid) is afk all day ... we need other mods

I believe it should be upto us the high ranking officers to provide for the moderators so they may focus on the important things like helping players, making events and such, not waste their time farming.

I see that you formed personal opinions about these 2 members of staff which is free for you to have.. But you must note that none receive payment, or any real life benefits for their long spent time in our server helping. They all made a personal promise to help out, if you feel that you may do better please apply!

Currently I can promise you may be faced by angry players, mean comments, illegal claims of scams, distrust... So if you want to spend your free time on this let me know! ... I know not all are fit to be staff but please give valid reasons why not, there is no reason to be mean.. I only wish this server may function at its best, with active staff..

Both you mention is just on trial period, how this ends has yet to be decided..

Sorry it is not possible to me to manually check every active user for their daily activity to see if they have made event that day, if you spent your own items on making events than thank you.

I never won more than 1x with one char in the same event , if you have any proof, please show.

I don't know 20mata before hire him. We chose player who apply for mod, playing from long time and more active time. so don't blame on us we select only our old friends.

Evey staff member have personal life also no-one get payment for work in this server so, we can't force any staff member to be active whole day.

If you have any screenshot exdroid insulted any player please post it here, i promise you if exdroid found guilty we will punish him.

From here any one think that they can work better then trial mod please apply here and we will check your record and give you chance...
