Difficulty with installing Empty

When i download client from site,and it starts updating,but it takes A LOT of time,and its asking for some files several times...so it begins update everytime i start client...whats going on? :O

Download Patch 1553.0.0.4 in here http://109.169.62.215/downloads.php then when your starting to install,click browse, choose the talisman of world folder then proceed.
