Update ver. 1015

New Update ver. 1015 released with new following stuffs!

- T O W drop rate increase by 500% same like pvp pill drop.
- Combine +12 released.
- Bright Ruby and Bright Emerald for +11 and +12 combine available at hero Badge and drop at every where at low rate.
- Tamer 5th pants and crown "Blue Feather Pants" and "Blue Feather Crown" bugged icons fixed.
- Golden Set Required Reputation token level reduce from 10 to 9 level so it take less time to complete all reputation.
- Fix some other bugs
