Game closes itself

Hi, after I entered stone city for the first time, the game just closed itself. Now everytime i try to log with that char(assassin lv23) the game closes. I tried creating other chars and they work fine, but I dont want to loose my main char. Help please.

EDIT: I leveled another char ant went to stone city. Same thing happened. Now I cant use any char once i reach stone city.

EDIT2: Problem solved. The game didnt patched correctly, so I downloaded the patch from the site and manually installed.
