my game closes

i just started the game when i enter the game it lets me play for a few min then it closes and i made it to stone city and now when i try to log in my char it closes the game.... i seen some post on here with same problem but i tryd to do what they did to fix it but it still does the same thing to me.. can anyone please help

Try this, Reinstall Client Then install it back.
